Weird growths, genital warts, skin tags, mulluscum, or other STD particles that occur with skin to skin contact usually pertaining to the areas not protected by a condom.
Even with protected sex it takes time for the barnacles to start to grow.
Chick: "You know that guy is packing hamburger meat with barnacles."
Chick 2: "He and his barnacles can keep their distance."
