A word often used by pirates to address friends, aquaintences, or the scurvy low lifes who mopped the deck. Often used in succession with Arr.

Arr, matey, thar be ye booty!
Arr, matey, ye shivers me timbers!
Arr, matey, walk the plank!

lawn gnome

n. A small woodland creature, usually cast from cement or a similar compound. They tend to gather in large groups in trailer parks (specifically on the front lawns), and come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.

"Whoa, check out that thar lawn gnome Billy Bob got.. I wish i could get me one uh them - all green and purty and stuff"

What people call a substance or thing when exchanging the substance or thing for money in an illegal manner.

Used in general when there is a little bit more than expected of a certain thing - be it money, years, people, clothes, gas, inches, whatever.
