proton

One of the two building blocks of an atomic Nucleus. It is positively charged, unlike the other atomic building block, the neutron, which weighs the same as the proton but has no electrical charge.

A hydrogen atom has 1 proton and no neutrons.

zat

An energy weapon used on the TV show Stargate SG1. It resembles a cobra ansd fires a lightning bolt. One hit from a zat will stun you. Another shortly after will kill. One more and you're vaporized.
