When you see someone moaning about something or is angry or upset. You look at them or reply back saying "cry about it"

A phrase typically used to verbally express ones discontent, with another person or persons actions or statements. Generally this phrase (in accompaniment to some over exaggerated awkward facial gestures) is used in place of a full verbal explanation of why you and yours find something inappropriate or disgusting on at least 5 or more different levels at one moment.

An alternate word for: dilly-dally, mess around, procrastinate, slack off. Used when things need to be done.
