When you are hyping someone up, it could be anybody, it’s an expression you use. It’s like saying “look at you go” , as in you are going places or you are doing something cool, brave, iconic.

1 - You see move look could mean literally to move and then look
2 - It could mean to take part in the "move look" dance created by none other than master Keem himself
3 - Move look could also be said as a warning
