a phrase to follow any word or sentence whether it makes sense or makes u look like a fuckin tool, said whenever someone speaks to you or anyone within hearing distance.
"hey man u comin to the shops"
"thats what ur mum said"

Used in the case when a person has said a phrase in which was not funny, or used lame comedy, but in which they thought was funny themselves, And is replied with thats what mole man said.

Can be shortened to TWMMS, Usually for online use.
A phrase used when refering to a, hopefully, random joke
