She uses creepy yet effective tactics to obtain contact information in order to avoid human interaction with you. She looks at your mailbox, finds you on facebook, ims you and gives you her phone number. Lacking the ability to take the hint, your decision to never call her does not phase her.

aka: mashing with your lay-dee behind the wheel while car is in a lane of travel (most commonly occurs when stopped at traffic lights).
Not to be confused with Mo-W-P (making out while parking); Mo-W-G, (making out while groping) or Mo-W-E (making out while eating).
