Drunk/stoned, Angry, Confused, or any other state of being that's compairable to how you'd feel if you suddenly found yourself in a sewer.
drunk: "Man, I got so sewered last night, I have no idea where my shoes are."
angry: "That drive's left me so fucking sewered!"
Confused: "wait... I'm sewered... what the fuck are you talking about?"
Kids around the block often used to say this when they had garbage and wanted a more constructive way of getting rid of it, so they would say sewer it, which means to throw it in the sewer
Mike: "I just finished this bag of chips what should i do with it now?"
Sean: "Sewer it"
