A person of Mexican heritage who stops on the road way screwing up traffic in order to play in the snow. Snow Mexicans can be seen in the winter months in the San Bernardino mountains and other surrounding areas of southern California. Snow Mexicans are a generally friendly and out going group and normally travel in large herds called "families".

In Southern California you will only find snow in the mountains. The first area where snow is, generally the wettest snow, is the Mexican Snow. Socioeconomically, this is as far as they can go into the snowpack as their vehicles aren't equipped to go further up the mountain because of ice and heavier snow requiring 4x4 vehicles.
The traffic coming up the hill was awful! But once we got past the Mexican Snow, it got a lot better.
