Spy

n. a person or thing designed or trained to infiltrate or extract information from a normally impenetrable source, usually while disguising themselves to evade capture. v. to secretly watch an operation unnoticed; to act like a spy.

James Bond is one bad-ass spy; this is a private conversation, stop spying on us; we're sending in our top spies to gather information.

A spy is an agent sent in for espionage. Spies are rarely what they are in movies. They aren't kids like those lameass movies Spy Kids or Cody Banks. Cody Banks was fucking lame and inaccurate. CIA agents don't work inside the U.S. James Bond is a cool spy.

Sam Fisher is probably the only accurate spy depicted in fiction, or at least closest to accurate.
