Gender neutral pronoun (gnp). Ze is used to refer to a person, in place of "it", (which refers to an object and not a person). "Ze" does not indicate sexual orienation.

The new, English, non-gendered, third-person singular, personal pronoun. Used in the following circumstances: (1) when the gender of the person/entity is unknown, (2) to refer to persons who wish to be identified as gender neutral, (3) to refer to generless items that have been humanized, and to refer to genderless persons/animals. Also, to refer to individuals of the future race of sentient machines.
