A combination word between the words "smut" and "fluff". These words are commonly used in fanfiction to describe what kind of fanfiction you are reading. Smut being dirty and fluff being cute. Smuff however is a combination of both
"guys last night i was reading a ton of smuff on tumblr".
smuff is what you get when you want some cute shit but you end up fucking in the end.
"Damn, Keith. Wanna smuff it up?"
