OC lore stands for "original character" lore. Commonly used when talking about a tragic backstory of some sorts.

Person #1: "Someone SA'd me"
Person #2: "You're OC lore is crazy"

An OC Giveaway or OC Auction is showcasing a created OC (Original Character) to an audience so that a selected person can receive the OC to own and use in roleplays, artworks, etc. The new owner of the OC will own the rights to use the OC. Most OC giveaways usually work by people naming and defining the OC.
