Basically Nammers, but speak with a northern Vietnamese dialect. Their parents come from the Ha Noi area in Vietnam. Truer Nammers usually dislike Buckies because of their accents.
Nammer Nammer: Look at that bucky. Who does he think he is?
Bucky Nammer: Hey, I'm a NAMMER too!
Nammer Nammer: You wanna start something, BUCKY?!
Bucky Nammer: You so hurt. :(
(Nammers say 'you so hurt' when someone or something hurts them.)

A word used to describe where the Vietnamese person hometown is located, which is Northern Vietnam for Bucky's. They have a slightly different accent from the Southern Vietnam people. Usually told by the Southern Vietnamese people they have a higher accent, but we really don't. We're just not used to each other's accent thats why. Most of all, Vietnamese ask other Vietnamese people where they are from and they would either say Buck or Nam to indicate their location.
Person #1:"What part of Vietnam are you from"
Person #2:"I am from the Bucky region"
