More quiet than "too quiet". A term made popular by a cartoon on the Cartoon Network; Kids Next Door. In this case, the word "three" adds emphasis in which it's used to describe how great something is or to exaggerate ones point.
"Holy cow John, it's kind of quiet in here". "Yeah Tiffany...three quiet".
Derived from the term '69'. A more subtle way of saying 69. Because they are both multiples of three. Used in situations where saying 69 is not appropriate.
"I want to explore all the multiples of three with (hot person)."
A manual transmission with 3 gears and reverse, that is located on the steering column. This is the most common transmission on vehicles from the late 1930s through the late 1960's, but could be found on vehicles as late as the 1980's.
My grandpa's 1963 Plymouth Belvedere wagon had a three on the tree.
In a situation when one person says something, and another one agrees with them, he/she might say "Me too". If you also agree with them, but don't want to be seen as boring (by saying "Me too" just like that second person) or stupid (by saying "Me too too") you might want to say "Me three".
