Shiva has to lose weight
The biggest goat ever; he's handsome, sexy, powerful and gets all the bitches. All he needs is some hype music and a chicken burger with a side of fries and coke and its over for everyone.

By usual definition - a shiva is an expendable employee used by a company like a tool. This term is associated with multitasking, when managers/supervisors push the employee beyond their means in order to get one task done then another, then another, racking it up to a good list of things to do in a full day of work.
The typical shiva is overworked and underpaid.
"Hey mate, I know you're busy loading trucks right now, could you clean the freezers and blast rooms for me please?" The manager tells you.
