When a bunch of your friends are pissing you off, you may wish to suggest that they consume bags of dick.
My friend Josh from Van City was being a grammar Nazi, suggesting that my poetry was not up to snuff. As a Master of the English language, I took his suggestion under advisement and promptly told him he should eat many bags of dick.
Someone who is so much of a dick, he/she surpasses normal levels of dickery, transcending the title of a singular "dick" to achieve pluralized "bag of dicks" status.

A group of game developers who have set the bar so high for unusual levels of dickness and 'out of the way fuckery' who most definitely work for rockstar/take-two interactive. Most notably for cars pulling out in front of you 'at random,' businesses getting robbed within 4 hours of being setup and only being in your MC for like half an hour and getting the cops 'randomly' right after calling them off without even hitting a cop car.
