Someone who is particularly bitchy and is a ballsack; someone who is so annoying that they make it possible to create a mixture of a male and female description to describe them.

David: "Kyle tried to molest my sister."
Sam: "That bitchsack!"

A person who is so annoying that you would rather be bitch slapped in the scrotum than have a conversation with them.

I can't even be in the same room with that bitchsack.

Bitchsack

A whiny hypochondriac who bitches and complains about everything all day everyday. Never positive, constantly blaming everybody else for their miserable existence. Has no accountability for their actions.
