Blowover

When a person (man or woman) blatantly states that another person (of the same sex, usually a close friend) likes the person that they like. The person that is accused of liking is the blowover. Blowover is used as a noun "for" something. The "for" will be directed to the person who the original person likes.

Man, Jim is totally using Gary as a blowover for Mary.

When a friend makes friends with a new person at the bar and ignores their existing friends

Chris pulled a blowover at Lupe tortillas in San Antonio by befriending some skanks at the bar instead of paying attention to his real friends.
