A sexual position in which a pliant female bends herself fully backwards, hips raised, knees open, feet on floor and supporting her upper body on her elbows. Genetalia is fully presented. Position lends itself to cuffing and bondage. Documented in Kama Sutra, the full name "Dai Hao Qi" purportedly originates from Qinshai province and means "Centre Body Energy."
