Gwash is the definition of being a type of weird. When someone calls you gwash it is a way of telling you that whatever you did was unique in a weird way. Being gwash can sometimes be a good thing, but not always. If you say something that is like a really bad pun then you may be called gwash. Or if you act weirdly you can be called gwash. The only time it may be a good thing is if what you are doing is funny, or what you have said is funny.
