Hawaii, aka Tahiti but more Asian (seriously, like everyone here is Asian or part Asian). All jokes aside, it’s a very nice place. People here are generally friendly (with the exception of Waianae) and the culture is very diverse. If you’re going to visit the islands, then make sure to respect local customs and have fun. It is important to point out that Hawaii isn’t a perfect paradise. There are many issues such as the homeless population and high cost of living. There’s also a lot of tensions between Native Hawaiian activists and the state government. Be careful when bringing up a sensitive issue. Also, not a lot of people speak Hawaiian anymore, so don’t worry about having to learn a different language. However, I would recommend learning Hawaiian pronunciation since many of the place names are in Hawaiian. For example, “Likelike” is pronounced “lee-keh-lee-keh”, not “like-like”.

An island in the Pacific ocean that's a state of the USA. Most of the people there are not what you would call average Americans and they are a very non-white and non-Amerindian population. (not that there is anything wrong with that- but they're just not really traditional "American".) I, being a Cajun from Louisiana state; personally do not care about them. If they want to secede from the rest of the USA, I wouldn't care and would let them. They don't like us so-called Southerner "redneck types" anyway. And are probably communists. I say, let them secede as a foreign nation on their own and/or let the Japanese have it.
Why Hawaii was even made into a State of America is beyond me. I can understand Alaska, but Hawaii? Did we really need this worthless island?
Hawaii's a pretty cool place, if you like Asians and Quicksilver. It's funny, though, because basically everyone here is Japanese. Or at least part Japanese. Everyone is about 195701976 ethnicities, so there isn't much racial discrimination. Except against haoles. Which means white person. We're kind of backwards like that. In Hawaii, you gotta speak pidgen English.

its like florida, but more beautiful and with less old people; a tropical paradise with kind people (although native hawaiians are a minority in their own land), beautiful scenary (oceans/rainforests/volcanoes), and great weather
