housie

adj Used to describe anyone who has a stable living situation, who is dependent upon their house or apartment. Often used to describe people who have "normal lives" but still hang out with gutterpunks, train-hoppers, and street-rats in their spare time. Slightly affectionate to extremely derogatory, depending on context.

"Man, that chick isn't part of our crew, she's just a fuckin' housie."

Housies means "Homies" and was first used on an Orange advertisement. A white guy said it trying to be cool!
