Hypathetic

The particular type of sympathy that is felt when a celebrity or celebrity wanna be is in seemingly tragic circumstances while at the same time has large amounts of hype about them being generated in media coverage.

I would like to feel sympathetic towards all who claim to have been Tiger Woods' lover, but I feel more hypathetic because of how popular the media has made them.

Couchgoer 1: Dude, I have so sympathy for all of these poor (insert participators of a celebrity scandal) you know?
Couchgoer 2: I don't know man, I'm feelin more hypathetic. Just look at all of the coverage they get.

An argument based on a pathetic hypothesis. Generally by argumen (sic). Something simply not raisinable (sic).

Sure there'd be a shortage of pork if pigs could fly: That's hypathetical.

Describes a "just for argument's sake" scenario dat involves disgraceful behavior.

What if Tronald Dump got convicted of illegal financial dealings --- oh, wait --- he already HAS been convicted, so it's no longer a hypathetical question.
