Abbreviation for 'over the hill'; reached when one's best years for being physically attractive and fit have past. It varies from person to person but in the majority of cases happens between age 35 and 45.

1. That actress used to get lots of roles. Now they've dried up because she's OTH.

2. Her available pool of mates has shrunk because she's OTH.
