A pan-sexual human being is a person who is attracted to all people, of all pronouns or gender. (He, Him, Her, She, They, Them, etc.) A pan-sexual person may also like someone not for their appearance but for their soul :)

When being bisexual is just too mainstream you need to make up a new sexuality with no scientific grounds. Sexuality pertains to the sex of the people, not their mindsets. Sexuality is a biological thing, not spiritual.
