Ham soaked in rum so that it is literally loaded with booze. This dish is considered a delicacy by sun bathers on the Jersey Shore.

A ham cooked in rum that has an optional addition of 2 slices of pineapple. Created originally in "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia".
