The time of day, between 2am - 5am, that niggas (females + males included, or whatever the fuck you is) reflect on their mistakes and / or feelings, sometimes about someone or something hurtful. Your thoughts or feelings can usually keep you up, or sometimes you can just drift into being unhappy and remain that way until you get up.

Sad Nigga Hours is an event that is held 24/7 if you are a truly depressed nigga. You get to reflect on your feelings and mistakes and just feel DEPRESSED.
Every hour is Sad Nigga Hours and if you dont agree fuck you
For worldwide participants, the sad nigga hours is from 2am to 4am. In certain cases a local chapter of sad niggas can make changes to the times of operation if a vote is cast and get a 2/3 majority.
Damn, now that schools back a sad nigga can't participate in the 2am to 4am Sad Nigga Hours. Y'all mind if we change that?
The hours of the day in which someone experiences a strong sense of sadness, usually prompted by a break up or being bagged.

This the time of which a guy reflects on the dumb shit(heart break, something dumb that he said to his girlfriend/ex, etc...) that has happened in the past.
These hours are between 2:00am and 4:00am
