A sound effect used to describe intense joy, happiness, or used as a form of celebration. Thought to have originated in California, by Cholos, in the hoods of East Menlo Park, Soledad, or as far south as Chula Vista. To properly express "Shewwwwwwwwwww!!!" (Pronounced like the word shoe) emphasis must be loud and strong, and in a higher than normal pitch. Variations include "Sheeeeowww!!!" (She-ow) "Sheee-ah-haaa-haaaa!!!" (She-ah-haha)
