Shrubby

The female equivalent of a man's hard on, known as a woody; when a woman is sexually excited, she doesn't have a woody - she has a shrubby.

A hopeless and usually homeless young person. Disdaining gainful employment and reluctant to contribute to their own or anyone's needs.

The town square was usually full of shrubbies with their hands out and sitting around lazily.
