Verb; The act of being so black out drunk you pass out in spots that are normally not meant for sleeping. Often times the individual looks like they are in a coma or dead.
-You see your friend, Jon, passed out on the kitchen table after a long night of binge drinking

When a person is nodding out due to drug use like heroin or fentanyl,they loose control of their neck muscles therefore can't hold it up.
