Stub

Used to describe the Chinese, particularly the Chinese government. It is a reference to their stubborn manner and lack of warm friendship, and also a reference to their penises resembling a short stub. Their failing genitalia likely being a major factor contributing to their stubborn disposition, as it is shorter than it is wide, enough to cause extreme stubbornness in any man.

Those stubs over in China are not good at being buds or pals. They are kind of lame, and they roll their eyes a lot like little girls.
