A fork of Rural Dictionary
One of the safest cities in America. Sunnyvale is located in the heart of the Silicon Valley. It's that little place where small companies like Yahoo!, Palm, Hotmail, Juniper Networks, Atari, AMD, etc are headquartered. Martha Stewart is a fan of Sunnyvale's CJ Olson's Cherries and has written reviews on the place. Close to San Jose, Palo Alto, and about 45 minutes from SF. About an hour from Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and a few hours from Tahoe (skiing). Downtown is charming like that of downtown Mountain View and downtown palo alto. Close to downtown mountain view (free google wifi!). Developed suburb in the valley. Mountains (with state parks) surround the valley and are about a half hour away. Usually good weather (hence the name). Winters can have rain, though.
Sunnyvale is awesome b/c California is awesome :o)
Home to Silicon Valley - Intel, AMD, Great America, Maxtor, etc etc
Jon Chu lives in Sunnyvale - he's going to get a job at Intel.
The ultimate representative of Silicon Valley, located directly in the center of the south bay its so boring not one trait reps the whole city since its literally just a mix of all its neighbors like San Jose Mountain View and Cupertino but smaller
