When you have three things going on at once.

*dude is on the phone, paying the pizza guy at the front door & brushing his teeth*

phone caller: " I cant understand what your saying..."
Dude: "chill man, I got s**t going on trimultaneously here..."

Like simultaneous but 50% better. It is the occurence of three things all at the exact same time.

Bartholomew's anti-crab shampoo trimultaneously rids user of crabs, adds sheen to dickwheat, and leaves behind the delicate scent of jasmine.
