Wammer is a term used for a highschool and\or college party with more then 75 people and lots and lots of beer,alchol,girls,drugs. Not a sausage party.

Combination of "Wasted" and "Hammered". Commonly used at parties where excessive drinking is occuring. Spoken when one self is past the "Wasted" and "Hammered" level, but not quite at the "Passed out" level.
