1. A Non-binary individual's replacement for sir/ma'am/madam. As Non-binary people identify as either male AND female OR neither gender.
2. A cheeky re-appropriation of the Phrase "Sir and/or Madam" (Sir, andor, madam) to quickly and efficiently ascertain a person's pronouns. If they chose andor then they/them is most likely assumed.
3. A polite form of address salespeople can use as a general address to customers to avoid randomly mis-gendering people by not assuming their preferred gender.
1. "Sorry to be a bother And'or but can you point me to the where I might be able to find turquoise hair dye?"
2. "Do you prefer Sir andor madam?" "Andor please." "Of course. Please show them to their seats."
