adj. Feeling associated with participating in a questionable act or a crime; sensation that sone thing feels complicit-y even though you yourself didn't do it. Feeling like you're complicit.
He didn't cheat, but he hung out with a friend who did and said nothing to dissuade him, so he felt a little complicit-y.
