the feeling of impending doom when you wake up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and know the time has come for you to be a pandemic statistic.

I woke up at 2:00am feeling the coronoia as I reached for my throat, sore and nose runny forgetting all the while I had seasonal allergies.

Coronoia

Paranoia relating to any illness during the COVID-19 outbreak, but your illness HAS to be related to that even if you show no symptoms of it.

Kerry is paranoid she has COVID-19, when in reality she has broken her leg. Coronoia at its finest.
Sam claimed to have COVID-19 but a doctor confirmed it was period pains and told her she has Coronoia.
