Cronyism

Cronyism is what replaced capitalism and cannot be used together as that would be an oxymoron. Cronyists use lobbyists to get the government to file antitrust violations against competitors. That leaves us with, 'the aristocracy of pull.'

Those phony fake businessmen do not practice capitalism but cronyism!

A faction of friends and associates, unqualified and unprofessional, that are no longer obedient or controllable

That group of managers is showing signs of "rogue cronyism" and must be stopped before it gets out of hand
