To describe an item of food to consistently be of an indescribable ingredient and texture throughout. The food item would be identified as being floff (noun).
Informal adjective.

similar to saying "Soff" instead of "Soft"
(mostly seen said by furries, but can be applied/said by anyone to describe anything from pets and just anything fluffy, mofumofu and soft )
