For a person to be "on form" they have to be at a level of magnificence in their perspective endeavor as to match that of Tottenham Hotspur's Egyptian Megastar Hossam Ghaly.

In fact, no person will ever achieve said level of performance, so the term can and will only ever be used for Ghaly himself.
