Typical dish from Porto, Portugal. Francesinha is a kind of sandwich made with bread, wet-cured ham, linguiƧa, fresh sausage like chipolata, steak or roast meat, and covered with melted cheese and a hot and thick spiced tomato and beer sauce. It is typically served with french fries.
I don't know about you, but every time I'm in Porto I have at least one Francesinha!
