A low value male who is only good for hook ups, if that. Generally speaking, they're not terribly interesting personality wise and seem to be motivated mainly by their desire to have sex, which they may or may not be competent at. Irregardless, they're usually not "husband" material, as they generally lack the emotional maturity that comes with manhood, hence the "boy" in "fuck boy". Applies equally to heterosexual and homosexual men. The male equivalent of a "THOT".
