a comical way of saying head lice. the opposite of (but still very similar to) pubic lice.

Describing somebody as having pubic hair on their head that has crabs in it, said/meant as a joke, and is mostly said in a ridiculous tone, that usually sounds somewhat Liverpudlian (please take no offense from this).
