Someone who is at least slightly younger then you in age, but so aptly intellectual as to have the best of both worlds; brains and purely cute facial characteristics combined with childish noises that cause her companion to smile with delight.
"Hey kiddo," Chris said to Allison as she wiggled her nose, bared her pearly whites and replied with "thwawattwat"
Condescending term used by educators, especially special educators, to refer to their students. Thoroughly patronizing and obnoxious as it reduces a student to an infantile object.

Typically, you say this when you are older than someone and you just wanna rub it their face that you are older.
There is 1 exception of this rule though. Anyone with the name chris, can say this to someone older and it will be ok. But, the other person who is older is unable to call them kiddo.
Chris: whats up kiddo
Micah: darn wish I could call him that
The character of Beatrix Kiddo in "Kill Bill" is modeled on Durga "the inaccessible" or "the invincible" - the most popular incarnation of Devi and one of the main forms of the Goddess Shakti in the Hindu pantheon. Durga is the original manifested form of Mother Parvati or Adi-Parashakti. Durga is Adi-Parashakti herself. The Devi Gita, declares her to be the greatest Goddess. Thus, she is considered the supreme goddess and primary deity in Shaktism, occupying a place similar to Lord Krishna in Vaishnavism.
I worship you, kiddo. You kill me, kiddo!
