1) A small party after Jewish prayers that includes saying a small prayer over wine (or grape juice).
Dani: Are you going to the kiddush after the bris? Tova: No, I can't. I have to go to work.
a slang term applied to an informal group of Jewish adults who congregate during the Sabbath prayer services to make kiddush over wine or liquor, and socialize. Traditionally it has been a male-bonding experience.
JEW 1: "ready for Kiddush Club?" JEW 2: "Yaakoff, get the Henny, yeshiva, reveal your garments at once!"
