OK or fine. The word is shortened from kosher, a word meaning blessed by a rabbi. If something is kosher, it's acceptable, and kosh is simply short for kosher.

I had kosh over the weekend. I was attempting to remove a screw on a manifold, but it was already stressed and the head broke off. So I drilled a hole in the remaining screw shaft to use a bolt extractor. Setting the extractor in place, the screw pushed into the manifold because it was originally drilled and tapped too deeply. I could have used a magnetic tool to grab the screw IF it were steel, but it was not. So I would need to remove the manifold to get to the screw. To remove the manifold though, the main engine harness needed to be disconnected and when I attempted that, the ancient plastic connector crumbled to pieces. I called the parts store for a new connector and was told that this specific part was no longer manufactured, but a special order interchangeable part from a very rare Ferrari was available- for a price...
