force-lend

the act of forcing people to borrow something that they are not interested in, but that is forced into their possession, nonetheless.

I apologize in advance for the box full of old fantasy novels that are sitting in the corner of my living room. Steph knows I have zero interest, but she still brought them by to force-lend me, anyway.
