Loanly

To be a person so saddled with debt (esp. student debt) as to be seen as un-marriageable, thus spending the remainder of their life alone.

Why did I drop out of medical school with all this debt? I’ve never felt so loanly.

loanlyness

The state of being both under debt and lonely. It's like your wallet and your social calendar teamed up to throw a party, but forgot to invite any money or friends.

I have been in a state of loanlyness: rich in solitude, poor in cash.
