Something that is out dated or very old to the point of where it is no longer of use like an 80 year old weight lifter.

Shinkwa's 93 old vagina is so old a moogley that when you bust inside of it, it rehydrates it like a dryed out sponge.

A way of expressing extreme excitement in a situation whereby there is a lack of words to represent it. May be enhanced with adjectives such as "great" to emphasize either the lack of words or excitement.

1) "Googley Moogley!"

2) "Great Googley Moogley!"
